As always, the best service in town. Great prices. the staff is fantastic. They always smile. if they do have any issues, they check them at the door because you will not know it. They always smile. they’re always helpful and they always make sure to get people in and out as fast or slow as possible as they want to. but their customers are always taken care of. I have never felt like I’ve been ignored. it’s always been a positive experience and I’ve been going now for at least the last 3 years!

Always excellent customer service and friendly staff. The owners support all military persons by giving a discount on purchases. Absolutely look at the clothes, there’s wonderful deals and the clothes are super soft, good quality made! Love this store, as the best prices for propane.

They were very friendly/polite, with good service, while delivering a great price on propane refill. If you need propane, you should give them a try. I’ll be back. Also, to let you know this was my first visit but hopefully it will be many more visits to come.

They are family owned and operated. Every time I need anything propane related to include fixing my RV propane lines they have been incredible. In this snow storm I called because I forgot to fill our house propane and we had 4% left. They happened to have a driver in the area and were here within 30 min with a delivery. I recommend this company to everyone I know.

I had a issue with my 4 year old bbq, so I stopped in at Black Bear Outlet a got some suggestions. You nailed it, rust in the in the little burner holes. Small paperclip had them all cleaned in 10 minutes.

A very friendly family owns and operates this place. They sell propane at decent prices and inside the store you can purchase all sorts of rustic and homestead themed souvenirs. I’m a “Full timer” RV owner, so I go through propane quite frequently, and this is the only place I’ll get propane from.

I’ve been going to this place for a very long time to fill my propane bottles big or small. . The owners are so nice and make you always feel welcome. As soon as you pull up to get your bottles filled they are so prompt coming right out to you.

I love the beautiful clothing, accessories and gifts. The people who work at the store are friendly and kind. I am happy that this wonderful and unique store is located in Spanaway.
